Registration

How do i register? For Quick Registration,
1. Go to https://www.trade21.com.sg
2. Click on Sign Up (in the upper right corner)
3. Fill in your email and password and click Sign Up.
4. Your account is now setup and you can proceed with your ordering.
Once you've signed up, you can click on My Account at the top of the page to view, edit or provide more information of your profile.

Orders

Question : Can I change items or cancel my order?

Answer : You cannot change items or cancel your order once your order has been confirmed and paid. Please email us for more info.
Question : Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Answer : All items, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:
  • Items received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong items are delivered.
  • Item is damaged or not in desired condition upon delivery.
All reporting of above situation must be made within 7 days upon receiving of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase  for verification.

Delivery / Shipping

Question : What are your shipping types and charges? Answer: Local Customer (Singapore) SELF-Collection Select Self Collection if you wish to collect from our warehouse. No delivery charge applies.   Local (Singapore) Delivery Charge

  • For Orders S$150 and above - Free Delivery
  • For Orders below S$150 - Delivery charges S$15.
Overseas delivery
  • Shipment charges depends on the weight / dimension of the orders, and location.
  • Overseas shipping charges will be auto calculated at checkout after you entered your shipping address. Please contact us before payment if you would like to use your own freight forwarder or other courier company, (FedEx, TNT, DHL, etc).

Payment

Question. What are the payment options?

Answer: We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express Card and PayPal. Customer can also use our Online Coupon code to offset part of or full payment at Checkout.
