Question : Can I return or exchange my purchase? Answer : All items, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following: Items received are different from what you have ordered; i.e. wrong items are delivered. Item is damaged or not in desired condition upon delivery. All reporting of above situation must be made within 7 days upon receiving of goods. All returned products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase for verification.
