Post by / trade21admin / 21.08.2026 Mid Autumn Festival 2026 Promotion Terms & Conditions The Trade21 Mid-Autumn Festival 2026 Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Trade21 Pte. Ltd. (“Trade21”) and is subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Promotion Period The Promotion is valid from 20 August 2026 to 20 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). Orders must be placed and confirmed within the Promotion Period to qualify. Customers must include the promotional code 'T21MOONFEST' in their order email at the time of placing the order to be eligible for the reward entitlement. Eligible Purchases The Promotion applies to qualifying laboratory products purchased directly from Trade21 during the Promotion Period. Qualifying spend is calculated based on the final invoiced amount before GST, after all applicable discounts. Delivery charges, administrative charges and other non-product charges, where applicable, will not be included in the calculation of the qualifying spend. Tier 1 Reward – Complimentary Mooncake Customers who spend a minimum of S$1,000 on qualifying laboratory products in a single order will be entitled to receive: One (1) complimentary mooncake. The flavour, brand, design and packaging of the mooncake are subject to availability and may vary. Tier 2 Reward – Complimentary Refurbished Monocular Microscope + Mooncake Customers who spend a minimum of S$1,500 on qualifying laboratory products in a single order will be entitled to receive: One (1) complimentary refurbished monocular microscope + mooncake. The microscope is a refurbished unit and may show reasonable signs of previous use. The model, specifications and appearance may vary from the image shown in promotional materials. Unless otherwise expressly stated by Trade21 in writing, the refurbished microscope is provided as-is and is not exchangeable for a new unit, cash, credit or other products. The flavour, brand, design and packaging of the mooncake are subject to availability and may vary. Reward Entitlement Each customer/company is entitled to one (1) promotional reward during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise approved by Trade21. Multiple invoices, purchase orders or transactions may not be combined to meet the minimum qualifying spend unless otherwise agreed by Trade21 in writing. Availability of Promotional Gifts All promotional gifts are available on a while-stocks-last basis. Trade21 does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotional gift throughout the entire Promotion Period. If a stated promotional gift becomes unavailable, Trade21 reserves the right to substitute it with another item of similar or equivalent value without prior notice. Promotional Gift Conditions All promotional gifts: are non-transferable; are non-exchangeable; are non-refundable; cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, discount or other products; and cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional reward unless otherwise stated by Trade21. Images of promotional gifts and products shown in advertisements, brochures, social media posts or other promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ. Order Cancellation, Returns and Adjustments If an order is subsequently cancelled, refunded, returned or adjusted such that the final qualifying purchase amount falls below the applicable promotional tier, Trade21 reserves the right to: withdraw the promotional gift; request the return of the promotional gift in its original condition; or charge the customer the applicable value of the promotional gift. Eligibility This Promotion is available to eligible Trade21 customers in Singapore unless otherwise stated. Trade21 reserves the right to determine whether a purchase or customer qualifies for the Promotion in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any suspected misuse, duplicate redemption, manipulation or abuse of the Promotion may result in disqualification. General Conditions Trade21 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, substitute promotional gifts, or modify, suspend or discontinue the Promotion where reasonably necessary. Any changes will be published on Trade21's website and will take effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated. In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion, eligibility, qualifying purchases or promotional rewards, Trade21 will review the matter based on the applicable Promotion Terms & Conditions and transaction records.
